10th Case of rabies reported in Gaston County

    A homeowner’s cat either killed or brought home a bat infected with rabies, at a home near Linwood Road.  This is the 10th case of rabies reported in Gaston County this year.

    The cat was up to date with it’s vaccines and received a booster.
