| The old Chronicle Mill in Belmont is set to open after an almost 10 year journey by John and Jennifer Church. The adaptive-reuse project will feature 238 apartments and about 15,000 feet of commercial space. The Church’s say that they have about 36% of the apartments rented,and are in talks with a coffee shop and a brewery. |
