Despite rumors to the contrary, the Panthers are not shopping Sam Darnold, according to sources. Darnold and Baker Mayfield have both been taking reps in practice, with Coach Matt Ruhle not putting a timetable on the starting position until after the preseason game with the Patriots.
Having said that, most folks expect Baker Mayfield to be the #1 QB. We are also looking forward to seeing how Ole Miss product Matt Corral progresses.
