There’s a new bakery in town, and you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss out! See Jane Bake’s delicious desserts have been sold at businesses such as Provisions in Belmont and Simonetti’s Pizza. However, thanks to such positive response and high demand, customers can now visit the bakery itself, as Owner Emily Divers opened her own location in McAdenville this past October.

Emily began baking with her mother, Jani, at a young age and has grown to love it over the years. She graduated from Atlanta’s Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in 2011, where she gained more knowledge of specializing in wedding cake design, pastries, and sugar sculpting. The bakery’s offerings include, but are not limited to, muffins, fresh bread, cheesecakes, brownies, tarts and éclairs. Speaking of éclairs, Emily’s are like none you have ever seen before. Instead of the typical long shape, they are round, and in addition to the regular crème filling, she offers varieties such as caramel and coconut crèmes, as well as seasonal flavors. If you’re hosting a holiday party or dinner and would like to know the desserts are handled, or if you’re just in the mood for something sweet amidst this chilly season, look no further than See Jane Bake.

While Emily is the expert on all things dessert, Jani heads the marketing efforts for the business and is constantly promoting the bakery for future opportunities. This mother-daughter duo has mastered the art of successful business ownership, and we’re sure they’ll continue to shine in our community, while bringing joy through marvelous desserts. Stop in and experience the goodness for yourself!
