A company affiliated with Highline Partners recently acquired a 6 acre tract at 615 West Franklin Boulevard in Gastonia for just over $2 million. The developer says the property will be for a mixed use development called Franklin Yards.
The project is expected to include 250 market rate apartments, and 5,300 square feet of commercial space. The project is expected to cost north of $50 million, and be completed in 2026.
