Pharr sells former Pharr Yarns Clover plant for $7.4 million

Belmont Land and Investment Company, owned by Pharr, sold their Clover plant to Hickory based OneH2 Incorporated in July. The site includes a 246,091 square foot building, and approximately 30 acres. The intended use for the site is unclear at this time. 

OneH2 develops end-to-end solutions for the delivery and production of hydrogen fuel from molecule to nozzle This includes on-site generation. delivered hydrogen, and operations and maintenance.
