The Gaston county Dyeing Machine property, built in the 1960’s, has been sold to Red Hill Ventures. Red Hill Ventures is committed to revitalizing the property, deepening the current community roots, and adding additional development opportunities.

The industrial park is the original home of Gaston County Dyeing Machine Company, a leader in thetextile industry in North Carolina since their founding in 1921. This facility was built in the late 1960s to accommodate their industry growth and new technology, including the cloth beam dyeing machine and the jet dyeing machine.

Gaston Electronics, an extension of Gaston Dye, will remain active on the property, along with current tenants Auto Truck Transport, Metro Print, Worth Supply and Boxman Studios.
