The Belmont City Council recently approved the sale of alcoholic beverages during the Thursday Night Pops in Stowe Park Concert Series. Four concerts are scheduled from Sept. 7 to Oct. 19, from 6-8 p.m. The policy covers from 5-9 p.m.
