Walton Global has announced plans to build a new subdivision in Southeast Gastonia, just north of Union New Hope Road at Rufus Ratchford Road. The property was locally referred to as the Tucker property.
Walton Global’s eight additional assets throughout the state with three properties in Gaston County that are available including Willowside Grove, a 132-acre property, Dutchman’s Creek, a 619-acre property and Pinnacle Center, a 631-acre property. The company is continuing to search for additional land acquisition opportunities throughout the state of North Carolina.
