The Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indian are opening the largest medical marijuana retail store in the U.S., pending approval of the tribe’s Cannibals Control Board.Non-tribe members who are 21 or older and medically qualified will be able to purchase marijuana.
The tribe has it’s own medical marijuana growing operation in Cherokee, where marijuana is grown in greenhouses
