McAdenville’s Pharr has completed the Dynamo 31 building, which offers 20,000 square feet of adaptive-reuse office space. A substantial portion of the building is already leased, with only 6,800 square feet remaining available. The former Pharr Yarns mill is near the Pharr headquarters in downtown McAdenville. The Catawba Riverkeeper is the first tenant, with Custom Physical Therapy & Fitness coming soon.
Across the street, the former McAden Mill #3 building is also undergoing renovation by Pharr. A new roof is being completed as well as flooring repairs in the 40,000 square foot building. The building is expected to host retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants.
