| In response to the recent Supreme Court Ruling regarding affirmative action, UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University will offer free tuition to some students. Beginning in 2024, UNC Chapel Hill will offer free tuition and requited fees for students whose families make less than $80 thousand per year. Duke University announce3d in June that they would provide full tuition for students from North and South Carolina whose students male less that $150,000 per year. And for students from the Carolinas whose families earn below $65,000, Duke will provide full tuition grants, plus assistance for housing, meals and other campus expenses. |
