Caromont’s new hospital in Belmont opened last Wednesday, the 8th. Construction of the $250 million hospital began in 2021.
The new hospital has 54 in-patient beds, 16 emergency department rooms, a labor and delivery unit, and a surgical suite with two operating rooms. The facility also boasts a 100,000 square foot medical office.
