Recently, Project Nexus was approved for local incentives. It’s been revealed that GTIS Partners is behind the project. GTIS plans to develop a $27 million, 170,000-sq.-ft. warehouse near Exit 21, Cox Road.
The project is near the massive Gateway 85 project along I-85.
