| Walton Global has acquired a 143 acre tract near Beatty and New Hope Roads in Gastonia, near Forestview High School. According to County real estate records, the firm paid $3.1 million for the tract. The site has been zoned for single family homes, and is part of the Springhaven master-planned community. |
