| Kore Investments of Colorado has bought the former Hunter Douglas building in Bessemer City for $13.5 million. Hunter Douglas closed that location this summer, laying off 135 workers. Kore says they will work quickly to find a new tenant for the site. The building is near Exit 13 on I-85 South. |
