After the Honey Hunters spectacular79-47 season, the ALPB has awarded Mauro “Goose” Gozzo the top manager trophy for the second straight season.
During Gozzo’s tenue, 11 player contracts were purchased from Gastonia by MLB, MLB affiliates, or overseas leagues, creating opportunities for players to advance in their careers.
