It took ten years, but John and Jennifer Church got it done-congratulations to them! Chronicle Mill in Belmont celebrated it’s grand opening last week. The Church’s purchased the Mill in 2003, and there have been many twists, turns, and obstacles along the way.
The Mill now boasts 238 apartments, and they are 98.7% leased. They also have 9000 square feet of commercial space and a 7 acre co-working site in downtown Belmont.
