Covid 19 has caused a lot of sickness, death, and destruction-- to our wallets, that is. But believe it or not, there are some positives. For the first time in almost 20 years, in March there were no school shootings. Experts expect (surprisingly) that the divorce rate will go down, and Carbon emissions in Gaston County and around the world have dropped as folks are driving less. Commercial consumption of natural gas is expected to decline by about 7% this year.
We'll take the small victories where we can.

Man's Best Friend
Hey. My name is Chanel and I am a Chocolate and White Beagle. That is not dirt on my legs, it is brown ticking. I don’t get dirty! I am 2 years old and I’m a diva. I think there is a very special family out there that has just been waiting for me to get center stage. I love to play and will run for hours…then I drop. I love people, young and old.
I would prefer kids 8 years old and older. I also need another dog to play with, and I do need a fenced yard because sometimes I forget and will chase a critter. I am 30 pounds, spayed, heartworm negative, current on vaccines and micro-chipped. So, if you have a fence and want a beautiful young lady to play with just send in that application. Remember to ask for CHANEL.
Beagles are clowns at heart, but they carry themselves with dignity. They are playful dogs, ready and able for games, but they are also lovers, and must be close to their humans. Beagles love to be the center of attention, and are heartsick if ignored. Personality-wise, Beagles are happy and affectionate, loyal and charming, playful and mischievous. They are very intelligent, however, they can be willful, which makes training challenging. Interested? Email[email protected] for an application.
