Good morning Gaston County; it’s David.
You may have noticed that we don’t cover national or local news, other than good news (mostly) about Gaston County. Sometimes it’s difficult not to editorialize with everything going on in the world. And it’s not because we are a Pollyanna. There are plenty of news outlets that will let you choose what version of the news you actually get. And, God forbid, there’s Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram to a lesser extent.
There are plenty of places to get all that. We love Gaston County and want to bring you the best of what’s happening here, and that’s what I focus on.
So thank you for being a loyal reader, and drop me a line if you have a story idea, or just want to chat: [email protected]
