Some Big Lots to remain open, but not in Gaston County
Variety Wholesale will take over 118 leases of bankrupt Big Lots stores. 20 are in North Carolina, and 10 in South Carolina. Neither store in Gaston County is on that list.

the campus’s new Upper School Academic Building
will take its place in history as Rankin Hall, a testimonial to the 8
th
Head of School who was a champion of both the school and the community for more than
two decades
from 2001 to 2023.
