The word is that a new Starbucks is being built in Dallas next to the Jack In The Box. Evidently they will be moving out of Ingles once the new store is completed.

Cramerton Trilogy to debut at pre-launch event June 28
Local readers will get their first look at book one of "Cramerton: A Trilogy" during a pre-launch event at the Cramerton Historical Museum on Saturday, June 28, 2025, 9 - 11 a.m. Titled "Promise of A Nation," book one will be available online beginning July 4.
Author Dixie Abernathy of Cramerton will make a short presentation about the trilogy between 9 and 9:30 and then be available to autograph copies of the book. The Cramerton Historical Museum is at 1 Julian Street in Cramerton. There's no charge to attend the event.
The trilogy, written in historical fiction style, chronicles the family history of Cramerton founder Stuart Cramer from 1775 through 1946. Working for several years in close collaboration with R. Warren Cramer, grandson of Stuart Cramer, and a local editorial team, Abernathy has completed all three books of the trilogy. Book 2, "Rise From Ruin," covering 1865 through 1913, will be published on September 1, and Book 3, "Remember The Name," covering 1914-1946, comes out on November 11.
