Belk opens Belk Outlet, keeps traditional Belk storeConfusing? Belk Outlet has opened on the first floor of Belk in Eastridge Mall. A traditional Belk is on the second floor.Interestingly, you cannot get from one to the other- the escalators have been boarded up. A local Belk spokesperson told me "they are two separate stores". The entrance to the Outlet is on New Hope, and the entrance to the traditional Belk is on the back of the mall. We assume you can still get to either from inside the mall.

🌟 "He called her mama." 🌟

When Natalie Stone dropped off her son Roman at the Y’s Childwatch, something beautiful happened. At just 8 or 9 months old, Roman reached for a team member and called her "mama."Some might be surprised—but not Natalie.

"I think it's beautiful that Roman sees the qualities of a mama in Jean and the rest of the Childwatch staff. I have no doubt they’ve helped him see the world as a loving and trusting place."

At the YMCA, Childwatch is more than childcare—it’s a place where your little ones are safe, cared for, and truly known. And best of all? It’s included with your family membership.

💛 Our team doesn’t just supervise—they nurture, support, and uplift every child who walks through our doors.
