Piedmont Lithium makes list of largest public companies
Piedmont Lithium made the Charlotte Business Journal's list of the largest public companies in North Carolina. They place 48th, with a market cap of $869.95 million, but that was before trading yesterday. PLL stock was trading mid day at $34.25, down about 8.7%.

The Gaston Community Foundation is excited to announce two new employees to the Foundation, Lauren Sease Vanacore and Sydney Wyrick.The Community Foundation welcomes Lauren Sease Vanacore as the Foundation’s Community Engagement Officer. Lauren will oversee the coordination and implementation of the annual Run, Teens Changing Gaston County and Next Gen. She will also be a resource for nonprofit leaders, seeking to provide support and educational opportunities. Lauren is a native of North Carolina, but grew up in southcentral Virginia. She resided in Ridgewood, New Jersey and Greensboro, North Carolina, before settling in Gastonia with her family in 2011. Before joining the Community Foundation, Lauren served as the Associate Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Gastonia. She is a graduate of Greensboro College and of Princeton Theological Seminary. Lauren and her husband, Jeff, have two teenage sons, Will and James. Lauren is excited to continue to build relationships in Gaston County in her new role as Community Engagement Officer.
