Trinity Capital Advisors has been working on a 878,104 square foot building in Delta Industrial Park in Gastonia for over a year.The project is off of I-85,Exit 14 .Trinity Capital has not broken ground on a proposed project in Bessemer City to date, as they are being "patient" while they decide on how to proceed, and what buildings to build first.
