The Gastronauts? The Gastonia Baseball Club?Baseball is back baby!
Last Thursday began a new chapter for Gastonia baseball. Unfortunately, the season opener didn't go the way Gastonia baseball fans had hoped. But fans are still on a high just having a team, and a team with sports management experience.
“I think everybody needs to give us a chance and make their own opinion,” said new General Manager Brady Salisbury. “I think at the end of the day, they have every right to be wary, but now we have to give them the chance to buy back. And like you said, you know, get that trust back and move forward because that's the only way we’re going to be successful."
