I imagine that if you have to pay, you're going to wait until the last minute, and if you're getting a refund, you've already filed.

Piedmont Lithium and Sayona Mining have mergedBelmont's Piedmont Lithium has merged with Sayona Mining to form a new company called Elevra Lithium.Piedmont CEO Keith Phillips will be a strategic advisor to Elevra for an undetermined period of time.Future plans for the Gaston County lithium project are unclear. Piedmont said last year they were advancing Carolina Lithium on "a conservative timeline".
Osage Mill project in Besemer City complete
The Osage Mill project in Bessemer City is complete, and a grand opening was held last week. The project includes twelve 3-bedroom apartments, 77 two bedroom units, and 50 one bedroom units. The apartments are available to residents making 60% of the area median income.

Maya also owns the Hilton Garden Inn in Gastonia, and the Holiday Inn Express in Gastonia.Maya is planning a multi-million dollar renovation, and s expected to begin in the fourth quarter.The hotel is located on Remount Road, near I-85 and Exit 20 in Gastonia.
