Author Susan Zurenda will be featured at an upcoming author event to benefit MiraVia and Catherine House in Belmont on Oct. 21 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Haid Ballroom at Belmont Abbey College.
Belmont Bookshop will donate 10% of book proceeds to these two organizations, and there will be a silent auction and raffle. Each organization will give an overview of its mission, followed by a talk about “The Girl From the Red Rose Motel” (Mercer University Press, September 2023). The event is free and open to the public.
